BP and HR: Tilt table test is where your heart rate BP and clinical symptoms are monitored  for approximately for 1 hour 
and at times use provocative agents  like isopril. We look for slow heart rate low BP  and symptoms of dizziness  passing out and how soon the patient returns to baseline 
treatments depends on the findings from increased salt and fluids, medicines and adequate hydration

Need more info.: Sometimes the circumstances of the syncope provide the clue as to the cause.  More information might be provided by checking ones blood pressure sitting and standing at the time of lightheadedness; this might be abnormal if one is dehydrated.   In addition, a 24 hour holter monitor test might indicate whether or not there is a recurring cardiac rhythm abnormality.

Tilt Table Test TTT: Ttt is used to detect autonomic insufficiency or problems regulating blood pressure (BP) that can lead to passing out spells. The patient is strapped to a comfortable table (snug enough to hold) and then placed head upright at 70-80˚. BP and heart rate are continually monitored. If BP falls or the patient passes out, this is a positive test. The pt is quickly laid flat again. Lasts about 30 min.

It depends: A BP of 103/60 is not considered abnormal or low unless you are dizzy, feel faint or lightheaded. Your blood pressure will fluctuate depending on your stress, and anxiety level and yes within minutes. Your heart rate is high thought and this can be secondary to stress, anxiety, dehydration, caffeine, fatigue, pain, lack of sleep among others.

i recently had a tilt table test and i heard the nurse say that they were not able to get how low my bp dropped because it wasnt palpable. what does that mean?

: It means your BP was below the level that could be detected with their equipment. The results of this test, and all lab tests, should be discussed with your Physician as it is only one part of your overall medical evaluation.
