Opk: Not clear. A more accurate way is to check your progesterone level. If it is greater than 3, then you ovulated.

Not yet: If you are having ultrasounds to monitor your ovulation your md will let you know, but near ovulation the follicles will get to be about 20 mm.

Check progesterone: It doesn't sound good if there wasn't a follicle on ultrasound. Your MD can check a Progesterone level in about a week to see if you did ovulate.
