Normal but high ANA: A positive ANA is rarely associated with malignancy, with the exception of dermatomyositis (an inflammatory myopathy) in which both cancer and positive ANA may be seen. Highly elevated ANA may rarely be encountered in lymphoproliferative disorders (e.g. Nhl). However, this observation is usually made after the diagnosis & a correlation has not been established. A high ANA may also be normal.

No. An ANA: Ani-nuclear antibody is a lupus test, and can be positive in other rheumatological diseases/ cervix cancer needs to be diagnosed by an internal pelvic exam and a biopsy.

Autoimmune: I can't say much about the earlycdt test- it is not primetime at this time. To me, the test has to go through validity and quality control first and there is no a good clinical trial that backed up this test- i won't use it at this time. If you don't know how to interprete the result-it only creates anxiety &unnecessary test.You may have autoimmune disease-especially if you have symptoms. D/w md.

No: All laboratory results need to be interpreted in the clinical context and the doctor who ordered the tests is usually in the best position to do that. Having said that an ANA of 1/80 in of itself is not worrisome. Do you have any symptoms? Were other tests done, if yes, what were the results. ANA is not a marker for cancer.
For good health - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Drink enough water daily, so that your urine is mostly colorless. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form. 
Practice safe sex.

Unlikely: ANA is an inflammatory marker for several things such as rheumatologic diseases (e.g. Lupus) and other chronic illnesses.  By itself, it is not a marker for cancer.  Cancer cannot be diagnosed from ana.  Depending on your symptoms and other blood/diagnostic tests, the ANA could also be increased in the case of cancer but most likely independent of cancer.

Need more info: An ANA of 1:640 may mean several things, and occasionally may mean nothing. Why was the test ordered in the first place? Only after knowing your specific issues and the results of a physical exam can one make a decision if the ANA is important.

Not likely: It sounds like you might have some  autoimmune process (although anas are notorious for false positives) which could explain your sedimentation rate. Anemia (assuming this is what you mean by low rbc) has all sorts of causes; your doctor can check your iron levels and  a B12 level among others in order to help determine the cause. Don't jump to conclusions!

Maybe not: Elevated sed rate and positive ANA suggests a possible rheumatologic disorder.  Hope this helps.
