i have upper arm swelling between my shoulder and elbow. i have had several blood tests, 3 mri's (brain, throat, cervical spine) and ultrasound of my arm for blood clot, chest x-ray and everything is normal. any thoughts?

Muscular: It sounds like a muscle issue. I'm not sure why a brain or throat MRI would be done for upper arm problem. If it is painful or affecting your function, i would have it checked out again.

intermittent mild localized left bicep pain. dizziness. no swelling/warmth. blood clot or nerve? i also have left peck and shoulder/blade pain.

? Cervical Radiculop: Athy.  One can see dizziness and radiating pain into the upper shoulder, biceps or radial side of the forearm. The pectoralis muscle receives innervation for most all cervical nerve roots and by your description the most likely level would be c5-6. You should see your doctor for a full exam. I hope this helps.

i developed acute l arm ischemia hours after brachial artery catheter angiogram. had surgery to remove clot. on 2 blood thinners and aspirin. days later, having l calf pain/tightness feeling. no redness no swelling. could i get another blood clot?

Unlikely: Without a clotting disorder, and on thinners it would be unlikely to develop a new clot. You should discuss this with your treating doctor for further treatment options. Consider controlled graduated compression socks, over the knee

: That is rather suggesting a musculoskeletal source (strain/ radiculopathy) following severe cough spells, other sources for the pain cannot be ruled out, they are less likely. It would be prudent to follow up in the office with your family doc for a focused exam and tests as needed.

Unlikely: Neck problems, suprascapular nerve entrapment, peri-scapular bursitis, posterior rib-cage injuries, and rhomboid muscles can cause shoulder blade pain. See an orthopedist for proper evaluation.

Seems unlikley: If there has been a blood clot that migrated from the leg to the lung (embolus) and caused part of the lung to die it could produce chest pain from the irritation of the lung linging (pleurisy). This pain is usually worse with a cough or deep breath.

i got my nexplanon removed and now i feel like a lil knot in my left arm. can it be blood clot? no pain n arm or redness or swelling

Nexplanon removal: The chances are the area you feel is just scar tissue. If there is no tenderness or redness it is likely not an issue. Of course to be sure you should always have the area checked.

Arm pain: A blood clot in a vein is a possibility in view of the swelling. Certain sport activities can cause this. Blood clots are dangerous and thus you should be examined as soon as possible, preferably in the hospital emergency room where prompt attention and testing are available. If needed, appropriate specialist(vascular surgeon, hematologist) will be called in.

Yes: This could be anything from repeat heart attack, blood clot etc to pleurisy, muscle sprain, viral illness or who knows what. Get yourself checked!
