Check liver function: It usually takes a fair amount of alcohol exposure to get liver disease. I think it depends on what you mean by "a bit". It is easy to get your liver checked by checking a liver function test so see your dr. And share your concerns.

GB stores, not make : Bile is made in liver, stored in gb, travels down ducts into small bowel. Bile is a digestive detergent. Can live quite well, for a full lifetime without gb. Can digest food just fine in great majority if cases. Some may have diarrhea for some while after surgery, usually decreases with time. Talk with doc.

See your doctor: Fatty liver comes from drinking alcohol (beer, wine, and liquor) as well as obesity.  Avoid eating fatty foods and drinking alcohol.  If you have bloating or fluid built up in your abdomen (ascites), you may be having liver problems.  Your doctor can check your blood work as well as exam you and review your history.

Liver cleansing???: How do you know your liver needs cleansing? And what about all the rest of us who don't "cleanse" our livers? Cleansing your liver is like cleansing your colon--neither is necessary and there is no valid medical basis for either. That much garlic is probably not a problem (emphasis on probably), but cleansing your liver is definitely not needed (emphasis on definitely)! you're young and healthy!

Abstinence: Liver transplants do not confer immunity to alcohol or its effects, and the consumption of alcohol in any quantity will damage the transplant. Commonly, to receive a liver transplant, one must abstain from alcohol for at least 6 months, and abstinence is the best policy after a liver transplant.

Nocebo effect.: Nothing. There is no plausible physiologic explanation for such a phenomena.  Rare side effects are generally statistically independent events ( unless of course, the side effects are from medications in the same class). Having a rare side effect from more than a few meds has vanishingly low probability.

Depends: Each drug has a different profile. Inh or isoniazide can occasionally cause liver problems, but these aren't severe and won't cause damage if you are followed closely and the drugs are stopped if any sign of liver irritation develops.
