Congestive failure: Pneumonia causes heart failure decompensation in people who have heart failure already, it doesn't cause it anew usually. That is most of those people already have chronic compensated heart failure if they decompensate with pneumonia.

I won't worry.: Lymph nodes get enlarged and inflamed (and not damaged) by filtering surrounding infection. Take care!

Likely ok: Slowing the heart rate would be an unusual side effect for azithromycin. A heart rate of 64 is ok. If you are not feeling lightheaded or dizzy, it's very reasonable to continue the medicine and see what your heart rate does once the course of antibiotics ends.

Many: Fever, chills, productive cough and chest pain with deep breaths maybe more consistent with pneumonia while shortness of breath that wakes you at night or shortness of breath when laying flat and swelling of the legs may be more consistent with heart failure. If you have any of these symptoms please see your doctor immediately.

It is possible : it is possible but may not be necessary. Many patients with this condition can be managed with good medical therapy.

May be: Fever associated with pneumonia or bronchitis can raise the heart rate. There are many other causes affecting the heart rate such as emotional status, medications, etc.

No: It takes time for the heart to enlarge. Chronic lung disease can cause pulmonary hypertension with enlargement of the right ventricle and right atrium, but even a severe acute pneumonia won't do this.

Perhaps: Heart rate goes up with stress and infection. Yours is a bit high and may mean some dehydration. Really push frequent small water drinks. If you get chest pain or worsening breathing let your family know ASAP!

A little fast: Over 100 is considered abnormal, but everyone is different.  If you take Ibuprofen, it might settle down a bit.  And drink fluids;  it's easy to get dehydrated when sick.

Yes: the added stress on your heart could trigger a CHF exacerbation
