Attitude adjustment: Michael Phelps, the best athlete of our era, is probably also the ugliest guy. Who really cares? People react much more to how you move, how you carry yourself, your level of fitness (either gender). And especially, how you treat others. If you're reasonably fit, polite, and considerate, you won't have trouble finding somebody special. Who really likes a vain "pretty boy / girl" anyway?

What is in the sauce: Having fresh vegetables is a good idea.  Using dressing or sauce in moderation may be okay, however, it depends on the content of the sauce.  Sauces and dressings are usually high in fats that may not be a good thing.

: It is hard to understand such a fetish or practice since the trigger can differ from person to person. Nutritionally it has near the same effect as eating spoons full of sugar. The trigger for an individual can often be found working with a life-coach/therapist since it can represent a stress response. Learning how to manage stress in an alternate way may resolve the pattern.

Plug in tear ducts : Neti pot is used to rinse nasal cavity and sinuses with normal saline. It is quite effective for nasal or sinus congestion.  I doubt it works for chronic tear duct obstruction, unless it is caused by nasal or sinus congestion.  Since it has little side-effect, give it a trial.
