Genetics: Our hair is generally preprogrammed by our genes to stop making pigment that gives it color. Rarely, a medical illness, stressors or medical treatments, like chemotherapy, can change our hair color or cause a lack of color(white or gray). Ask older relatives when they saw their first gray hair.

A cosmetic issue: Grey hair can start to form at a young age in a few individuals.  Nineteen is very young and at that age usually a scattering of grey hair might form.  Some in their thirties, however, go completely grey.  There is no remedy for this except for hair dye.  And it is not a clue of aging elsewhere in the body so you will otherwise age normally.

No way to stop grey : Unfortunately there is no way to stop getting grey hairs. The amount you get and the age at which you get them is probably hereditary.

Hair dye: Sorry, but once graying of hair starts, there is nothing known to reverse it. If very few gray hairs, you might be able to just pull them -- but before long there probably will be too many for this to be practical, and hair dye will be your only option.

No worries usually: This may be a random unexplained condition. There are some syndromes associated with this although rare. As long as your baby is een by your pediatrician for regular checkups, I would just do routine follow up care. Any delay in milestones, etc needs to be addresses or if the grey hair numbers increase substantially, further assessmeny may be needed.

Likely genetic: Grey hair formation and timing is usually genetic. Even i began to have grey hairs at age 13 - the stress of medical school didn't help later! :) please see your pediatrician if truly concerned.
