I am 26 and starting to get grey hairs. does this mean there may be underlying health concerns i should be worried about?

Many people see their first grey hairs in their 20’s, typically due to genetics or family history. Other causes of early graying include severe stress (mental or physical), various vitamin deficiencies, thyroid disorders, smoking, and autoimmune disorders.

If you are otherwise healthy, grey hair is part of your genetics and is per se not a health issue. For healthy diet: http://www.choosemyplate.gov/., exercise 30 minutes/day, drink enough water daily so your urine is mostly colorless, have safe sex, no tobacco alcohol weed or street drugs. Get HPV, Flu and Covid vaccines. Wish you good health!
