: A urine test showing the presence of bacteria is the very definition of a UTI (urinary tract infection), so yes, it is good that you are being treated with Cefdinir.  The most common gram-negative bacteria in UTIs is E. Coli, but other stool bacteria can cause them as well.

NO: In order to have motility , they should have cilia all around body of the bug or flagella whip like structure at one end of the  bug , enterococcus has neither so non motile , they move with media they are in or in contiguity and spread.

Certainly persistent symptoms deserve a further evaluation which may include MRI, serum studies, EKG.  See PCP or Neuro
