i have what looks like nail psoriasis on a few finger nails for 20+ years, no other symptoms, no toe nails affected. i read i could be at risk for psoratic arthritis. i am worried , i also have had planter fascitis on and off, have health anxiety too?

Begin your morning with stretching your feet with an exercise band for ten minutes, then once out of bed, stand on the tennis ball and roll it under your foot.  Also use ice on it when it gets inflamed. Go to a Podiatrist for further treatments.
