Songram report: This report states that there is a normal placenta located in a normal location specifically at the top and towards the back. It does not mention whether it is more to the left or to the right. It is also not relevant in most cases to know which side it is on.

OK and no: C-section is done through the anterior approach.  Knowing that the placenta is posterior means it is safe to do a routine c-section but does NOT mean it needs to be done.  

Vaginal deliveries are always better than C-section unless there is an indication for the C-section.  Ask your OB about these indications.

: Maybe. The placental location can change some during pregnancy. It can move up and away from the outlet as it increases in size. It can also stay low, cross over the outlet and require a scheduled c-section to avoid a catastrophic delivery. The bleeding may be related and stopping is a good sign the pregnancy could proceed to term.
