Nerve impingement : You may have a nerve impingement in your upper spine or shoulder on the left side. It is very common.

Not sciatica: Sciatica could not explain the fascias tingling.  A cervical disk problem could cause shoulder symptoms but would also not explain your face tingling.  If these symptoms see new go immediately to the ER.  If they have been there for a while go see a doctor.  This could be a stroke or serious brain problem.

Fuzziness: I suspect anxiety is probably involved here esp if your pins and needles sensation is over several areas of your body.  I suspect because you have high BP you are concerned about a stroke.  I doubt that this is possible, but your pcp will sort it out for u.

See physician now: If it is down the entire left side, you may have had a stroke and need to be examined. See a doctor immediately if your entire left hand side is has parasthesias and you have confused and weak.

With a pot?: Not sure what you are saying.  You broke you hand and now have pin and needles sensation in your hand w/ a pot?  

If you broke you hand within the past few days and you are having a pins and needles sensation if could simply be secondary to swelling, but it's also a sign that the fracture and associated swelling is having an impact on your nerve function.  You should be seen urgently for this.

Carpal tunnel: A common cause is carpal tunnel syndrome where a thickened ligament from repetitive hand-wrist movements press on nerves entering fingers and hand. A hand surgeon can evaluate and advise you about treatment options.
