i have a tingling pins and needles sensation in my lower right leg, it gets worse at night. i have had it for four days now and it seems to be getting stronger and more painful. is this a symptom of covid?

Not sure: Not a symptom I am familiar with covid. Otherwise, you need to be checked out, especially circulation. Are you on a bith control medication? See a health care provider, there are several questions and you need to be checked. It may not be serious but you can't do it on your own.

Right sciatica: Your symptoms suggest right sciatic nerve irritation. It is commonly due to degenerative disease of spine ( osteoarthritis) and or herniated disc. Arthritis of si joint may can also cause similar symptoms as sciatic nerve travels in the vicinity. See a neurologist.

Complex: Could consider nerve compression in lower back causing your leg symptoms, and perhaps, peripheral nerve problem in arm at wrist or elbow.  But could also wonder about neck problem causing spinal cord compression and explanation for both problems.  See a neurologist and get this sorted out.

Have any neck pain?: Cervical spine problems can cause radiculopathy symptoms  like what you have. Get an xray of neck spine , in addn. to regular evaluation by your Primary care doctor.

Not sciatica: Sciatica could not explain the fascias tingling.  A cervical disk problem could cause shoulder symptoms but would also not explain your face tingling.  If these symptoms see new go immediately to the ER.  If they have been there for a while go see a doctor.  This could be a stroke or serious brain problem.

Neurologist: If the parasthesiae and aching were localised to the arm, I would suspect a nerve entrapment or compression by a cervical bulging disc or vertebral spur. However with leg involvement, I'm concerned about a possible left cerebral cortex disorder or even a left carotid artery blockage. I strongly recommend a consultation with a neurologist for diagnosis. Appropriate tests will be ordered.

have had meniscus tears. knee has swelling and pain again. but i my full right leg has pins and needles and is burning hot. what should i do?

Be seen: I would be seen.  It does not sound like a simple recurrent tear of your meniscus.  A cellulitis is a soft tissue infection and can spread quickly and I a little concerned that is what you might be describing.  Be seen.

Not normal: While I don't have enough information to give you a definite answer, you may have some nerve irritation that is causing your symptoms. A focused history and physical examination by your physician would help better define whether the bruise and your symptoms are related.
