i have pins and needles in both feet and lower leg. it is always worse after i have done strenuous work. i get a twinge at the top of my spine too.

Tell your doctor: I assume that this is relatively new? In a 31 year old female who I'll assume is otherwise healthy, this may warrant a full neurologic examination, and you may need an MRI. I'm puzzled that...: ...You're worried but you haven't seen a doctor about it. There could be 1 cause or 2 separate causes. A single cause could be in your neck or brain. It could be minor things or it could be serious. If you're worried, is there a reason why you haven't seen a doctor about it?

i have had a burning feeling in the muscle on top of my forearm for 2 weeks now. ive been trying to wait it out but its still there. ive also experienced a spasm in one of my back muscles randomly and pins and needles on my thigh. could this be ms?

: It is not feasible to provide a precise diagnosis, but several different diagnostic possibilities loom, and MS would not be the most likely.  Start with your primary care doctor, and the next step may involve a neurological consultation.

? Spinal Stenosis: If you are having discomfort down both legs with a history of back pain, suggest you be checked for possible spinal stenosis. You can start with our pcp who may refer you to a- back specialist-orthopedist.

Nerve pain: The needle insertion site should be monitored for signs of infection including pus, redness and swelling. The pins/needles and tingling may be associated with nerve inflammation due to the needle insertion. 
Rest, drink fluids, monitor your temperature and use Motrin for pain relief. If the pain/tingling and other symptoms continue, please notify your PCP immediately.

Could be shingles: Pins and needles pain is common in the early stage of shingles, caused by varicella zoster virus, the same virus that causes chickenpox usually in childhood, stays in your sensory nerve roots, and reactivated later in life. You may have the pain before you break out in blisters. Please go get evaluated by a physician.

This may have been : From one of several reasons including local nerve irritation as the nerves exiting the spine in this region travel under each of  the ribs where there are chest muscles used to move the ribs during breathing and coughing

Need more info: There are several reasons that will cause these symptoms. like "pinched nerve", muscle spasm etc. I would suggest that you make an appointment with a D.O. (osteopathic physician) to examine you and get to the bottom of why you have this complaint.
