More info ?: Minor infections or other inflammation can give you issues. Injuries. Sore muscles, joints ( jaw strain). If not improving with ibuprofen for a few days or I getting worse see your MD

If concerned : That you have an ear infection you will need someone too lookin your ear.   More than likely it is eustacian tube that is filled causing pressure and will tAke time to drain

Need to  be seen: It could just be a cold with Eustachian tube dysfunction.However other possibilities are a middle ear infection vs external ear infection.Been to be seen to see if need antibiotics since having pain.

Allergies: Allergies can cause sinus congestion causing facial pain. Post nasal dripping can cause eustachian tube blockade which can cause ear fullness

Hearing heart beat: The ear and ear drum is quite sensitive. Any irritated drum can be hypersensitive as well. When this happens blood flow with each beat can be "heard". I would visit an ENT specialist just to have the ears checked out.
