Bleeding after sex: Light bleeding after intercourse may be secondary to irritation of the cervix, which can be inflamed and bleed easily.  The odor may be caused by a vaginal infection, so see your gyn physician for an exam and culture.  The cervical inflammation can be easily treated with cautery (cold or hot).

: This sounds like a skin tag, a benign thin growth, sometimes secondary to friction over time.  A Dr évaluation to visualize it is always a good idea, but you could wait on that if it is not painful or bleeding or interfering with anything.

Similar to Vinegar: Really! the acidity (ph) of the vagina is near that of vinegar.  The "good" bacteria, lactobacilli sp., create this and it prevents infections.  Disturb them and things get unbalanced where yeast infections or bacterial vaginosis (bv) are more likely.  Likewise if you feel inclined to douche, then a vinegar and water one is best for this reason.

Mid-cycle normal: If this is occurring in the mid-point of your cycle (that is, around day 12-16), it is likely normal.  It occurs due the normal hormonal changes during your cycle, and specifically, the most fertile part of your cycle.

Ovarian cyst: Cysts are common occurences on the ovary and they resolve with ovulation. However, sometimes they persist and grow in numbers. The location, size, content are used to describe them. Your GYN can describe the importance of the US finding with you at your fu appt.

: No, if the vagina is created by the penile inversion method which is the most common. In rare cases, colon is used to create the vagina then secretion is present. Good luck.
