Dermatitis: This sounds like "dermatitis" or skin irritation - the question is why.  Is it possible you are rubbing your legs together when you sleep?  Another possibility is irritation caused by your linens.

Need to be checked: Your rash and itchiness may be due to allergy.insect bites,Scaies,Dermatitis Hepetiformis and may e some other cause
You can take Benadryl (diphenhydramine) or zyetec available over the counter for itching and get your rash checked by your Doctor or Dermatologist

i have spots on my foot that are red and rash like theyre flat no bumps but itchy and flake up but if i itch them they peel also i have a discoloration on my thigh that appears or stays its pink it doesnt itch or anything doesnt feel like a rash?

i had a yeast skin infection that discolored the skin and now 3 weeks later my inner thighs has been slowly lightening and then crusting over. today it turned pink in spots after the crusting. is this the healing or possibly a reinfection?

: By your description, it could be part of the healing process or it could be a re-infection. The only way to know for sure would be to see your doctor or perhaps a dermatologist so that it can be examined and then a diagnosis can be made and a treatment, if needed, prescribed. Rash: Check for infection like strep, or may be fungal or pityriasis rosea  which will resolve on own  or may be erythema nodosum if elevated and  homogenous which  could be due to  infection, sarcoid , autoimmune process or  medications

Watchful waiting: What you described is not worrisome, however it is worth watching, i.e, keep an eye on such lesions to see if more are developing. At your next visit to your doctor you should ask her/him to look at the lesions, if any are present at the time. For good health - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, low fat milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form. 
Practice safe sex.
