Need to be checked: Your rash and itchiness may be due to allergy.insect bites,Scaies,Dermatitis Hepetiformis and may e some other cause You can take Benadryl (diphenhydramine) or zyetec available over the counter for itching and get your rash checked by your Doctor or Dermatologist
