AVN lunate bone: Actually the disease is spell kienbock with 2 little dots on top of the o.As you probably know is due to avascular necrosis of the lunate bone of the wrist , it occurs mainly  between the ages of 15 to 40.The x-ray picture depend upon what stage of the disease.(1 to 4)you can see pictures is you goole it.

Infections do reveal some signs in the blood work. Blood counts for example may show abnormalities depending upon the type of infection. There are specific blood work to identify and confirm the infections.
