Not HIV: It sounds like you're worried about HIV, but your negative test proves you don't have it -- and HIV is rarely if ever transmitted by cunnilingus (oral-vaginal contact). Lost of other things could be causing your symptoms. Has oral thrush been professionally diagnosed? You can't know just by looking or by your symptoms. See a doctor, perhaps an infectious diseases specialist. Good luck.

See your derm: Any new skin lesion or one that is changing should be brought to the attention of your friendly dermatologist. While skin cancers in 25 year olds are not common it does happen occasionally.

Remember to protect your skin by limiting your exposure to UV radiation and when you are out wear sunscreen and cover up as much as possible.
