so i've had pinches on my left side right below my rib cage for a month now, got cbc came out good. what should i do now? and what can it be?

Many things : It could be from the lungs, pleura (lining of the chest cavity), rib cage, gastrointestinal, even the heart.  Its a non-specific symptoms and not consistent with any diagnosis in and by itself.   A normal CBC is just one piece of the puzzle.  If going on for a month, a doctor should evaluate this further.

i keep getting numbness in my back that wraps around to my rib cage, both sides, and i can pinpoint it, it is midback. no pain. pinched nerve?

Get imaging: Could be...I'd get imaging of the Thoracic spine (an MRI).
if it wraps around one side and gives you numbness is a classis distribution, it could be a disc herniation or a pinched nerve for another reason. If it's on both sides, i'd get some imaging of this area given your history of duodenal issues

Mgt: Unless you have a family history of cardiac disease or cardiac symptoms, it is not likely to caused by heart disease. I would suggest a heating pad and Motrin, until you can see your PCP.

is there a possible connection between pericarditis and pinched nerve(s) in your back? had peri 8 weeks ago and my back/rib cage still hurt pretty bad

Yes it is a possible: That there could be referred pain or that you may have some muscular pain or myalgias from your infection in that region. It could also be just muscular pain from being inactive while you were sick.  The other remote possibility is that the infection may have spread to the spine if it was a bacterial infection so if the pain is increasing or persisting tell your physician.

Muscle: If your pain is exercise related, especially at your age, you have probably sprained an abdominal muscle.  Go easy on the ab exercises until your symptoms improve, and try some oral anti-inflammatory meds.  See your physician if symptoms persist.

does itchy, uncomfortable pinch on my upper right side near rib cage correlates to stomach acid problem? especially laying with stomach down

Stomach acid: If the pain is in the upper right abdomen, it's not likely due to stomach acid.  The upper right abdomen is where your gall bladder is.  Your stomach is more central in your upper abdomen, and off to the left a bit.  Stomach acid tends to cause heartburn, or burning behind your breast bone.

: It could be a pulled muscle in your chest wall. Musculoskeletal discomfort in the chest wall is quite common-there are muscles, cartilage, bone in the chest wall and any of these structures can be the cause of discomfort. If it is a pulled muscle, it will likely go away on its own after a few days. If it continues, you can see your doctor to evaluate it. Good luck to you!

Varies: Multiple potential causes, from superficial causes such as a pulled muscle, costochondritis , etc. Or a deeper cause which can include problems with the liver, lung, or fall bladder.  I would not hesitate to be seen.

Right side: Discomfort in that area may be from rib cage, liver, abdominal muscles, base of right lung or gall bladder. Your physician will take a thorough history, perform a physical examination and order appropriate tests in order to make a diagnosis.
