See a dentist: You might have some muscle imbalance in opening and closing your jaws.  I recommend you see a dentist to have your jaws and joint evaluated.

Pain: This could be anything. Sometimes people get compression nerve syndromes in different places of the body. This is equalant to carpal tunnel  on your wrist. But this could be something else like them hernia not seen outside. You should seek medical help.

Of course!: Everybody can pinch some skin everywhere on the body except for a few tight places... which means one probably can't pinch some skin on the fingers, the toes, the forehead, the shin bones, etc...

Many possibilities: Need more information and to do an exam.  This may be onset of symptoms from ovarian cyst, endometriosis, pid, uti.  Symptoms you describe are too vague to make a diagnosis from.  If this keeps up suggest you see a gynecologist and be examined.  Good luck.

the shorter answer is no; a pinched nerve will not affect the whole side of the body.  But....That could happen in the spinal cord, or in the brain.  You should consider consulting a neurologist.
