Likely a wart: From what you described, the lesion is more likely to be a wart than a melanoma.
For good health - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Drink enough water daily, so that your urine is mostly colorless. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form. 
Practice safe sex.

Dishydrotic Eczema: Based on what you say, the closest diagnosis I can suggest is dishydrotic eczema of the palms. The reason you cannot squeeze the "pimples" is because the skin of our palms and soles is very thick and tightly fused to underlying tissue (imagine opening a jar if your skin was thin!) Standard treatment is to try to reduce palm sweating and strong steroid cream for a reasonable period.

? celiac disease: Get checked for celiac disease. There has been a report linking this disorder with chronic hives.

Stick: According to guidelines this would be a very low probability.  I personally have been stuck from Needle HIV patient. In this case I did or expect this to be problem .  On this episode no worry.  Remember your gloves in the future.

Probably Yeast: possibilities of an allergic reaction to the drugs and fungal infections of the palm and soles need to be ruled out. If there is any blister formation on these areas and you have fever as well then viral infections should be investigated. My sincere advice is to consult a dermatologist as without examination, confirmation of a diagnosis is tough.

Many things: It's hard to do dermatology without being able to see the spots.  I suggest seeing a doctor for this.  In addition to seeing the spots, the doctor will also look at your med list, what you do with your hands, any health problems you have that my be contributing, etc.
