Remove makeup before bed. Shower after strenuous exercise. Consider otc products (salicylic acid or benzoyl peroxide).  Retinoids/ comedone extractor can be helpful for black heads. If &gt; mild acne see dermatology.

Pimple: Tooth paste is not a sterile compound. It is less sanitary each time you rub it along your tooth brush to apply paste.  I am wondering why tooth paste was chosen to apply to a cut/pimple. Mouth wash, peroxide, triple ointment, etc. would be better choices.

If one has frequent staph skin infections like boils due to invasion of these bacteria, a course of antistaph antibiotics is often required to eradicate the colonies of staph from the skin,but not for just pimple
