Itchy scalp...: it sounds like scalp dermatitis......see your  doctor and perhaps a foam steroid like luqix  should be prescribed for you

Wash daily: Try shampooing your scalp daily. It may take a few weeks for the lesions to heal and for new ones to not come up.

as my hair regrew after chemo 2yrs ago, started with multiple itchy pimples on scalp & face which are still erupting today.  one on my forehead has grown to a bloody 3mm dia 2mm raised  scab with rooted hairs holding it so i can't pick it off?

: Please see a Dermatologist to evaluate scabs and pimples. Also will need to determine if areas are infected with low immune response.

Black skin spots: Without a picture, it is hard to say.  These could be many things, including benign nevus, seborrheic keratosis, or solar lentigos (due to sun exposure), to name a few.  These do not usually scab up unless irritated/scratched.  Basal cell carcinoma (a low grade type of skin cancer) can be pigmented.  If there are irregular borders and coloration with bleeding or bump, this should be seen by MD

Dermatitis: There are multiple thousands of hair follicles on ones head.  One for each hair.  Occasionally these follicles get infected with bacteria and will form a pustule like lesion.  One can even have a reaction to the oil on the scalp and get a dermatitis with a pimple like lesion.  The follicle can get plugged and form a "zit" like lesion.  Use a good shampoo, perhaps dab a bit of antibiotic ointment.

Won't work: This is an antihistamine and it won't touch them. Infected scalp hairs may be acne, a variant on fungal / seborrheic dermatitis, or in serious disease bacterial -- the latter can be a real problem. If your pimples are painful or disfiguring, or persist more than two weeks, a physician's office visit is in order.

: If the lesions are on one side &amp; are somewhat uncomfortable and blistering ensues,I would suspect a shingles eruption. Since there's treatment for shingles, I recommend having your physician or dermatologist examine &amp; advise you.

Scalp dermatitis: It sounds like seborrhea dermatitis, which is common cause of dandruff.  Medicated shampoos like Selsun Blue or Head and Shoulders can help, but seeing the Dr. to get definitively diagnosed, so the best treatment can occur is your best bet, best wishes.
