Won't work: This is an antihistamine and it won't touch them. Infected scalp hairs may be acne, a variant on fungal / seborrheic dermatitis, or in serious disease bacterial -- the latter can be a real problem. If your pimples are painful or disfiguring, or persist more than two weeks, a physician's office visit is in order.
