Sublingual tonsil: You may have either a plugged salivary duct or an infected sublingual tonsil
Suggest showing this to your Dentist first.

i always get pimple under my tongue, what can be the cause of it? usually one at a time, approx 1-2mm in diameter, afrer days it turns into an ulcer.

Pimple under tongue: These bumps are usually related to salivary glands either a blocked duct that swells called a mucocele or a ruptured duct called a ranula. Cause is not clear, but the ulceration at the end is not unusual as this is traumatic to the tissue, albeit minor in most cases. If it continues happening it could be related to diet or meds side effects. You may want to consult your dr.

i have a white pimple under my tongue on the little tendon. also my right gland is swollen and keeps getting food stuck in it. it hurts?

Need exam: There can be many causes for your "white pimple," from transient to dangerous.  Any and all white lesions in the mouth should be examined immediately...call your Dentist.  I assume the "gland" in which food gets stuck is your right tonsil.  Your PCP may want you to see an ENT Specialist.  You can't be examined over the computer, please call your Dentist and your Primary Care Physician.

Salivary ducts?: See if you have two, next to each other, in the front just behind your lower front teeth. They may be the openings of the two salivary ducts from the salivary glands that produce saliva (wharton's duct).  If you want to know for sure, you will have to see a dentist to actually examine you.

See a dentist ASAP: You need to see a dentist/ md immediately for proper diagnosis and treatment. Fortunately, the majority of tongue problems are not serious and most can be resolved quickly in some instances, though, a discolored or painful tongue can indicate more serious conditions, including vitamin deficiencies, aids, or oral cancer. For this reason, it is important to seek medical advice.

See someone: If you have just noticed it then it must have been increasing in size. See your dentist or ENT or family doctor for a check. It is most likely benign but let's make sure that's the case.

Swelling under the tongue is very, vary dangerous. It can start to spread and swell rapidly, lifting your tongue, obstructing your airway, and making it impossible to breathe.

Please have it evaluated and treated immediately.
