Avoid wearing the: watch on that wrist to give the skin a chance to heal. Don't recommend popping it.

Needs exam: Have it evaluated by someone, as pus indicates infection. Without looking at the rash impossible to tell what it might be. Scabies will cause multiple lesions which are itchy, it can get super infected as well.

Scabies: You are probably right. Get a skin scrape by a derm and a prescription and you'll recover quickly.

: Conceivably this could be Mpox (the new official name for the infection) but probably is not. Amost no cases so far were acquired in heterosexual relationships -- over 95% of cases are acquired by sex between men. See a doctor or clinic with Mpox experience. If uncertain, your local or state health department can suggest clinics or providers best to diagnose and treat it. Good luck.

have a pimple like spot on arm/wrist over 3 months i've scratched off it comes back had basil cell in past what can i try to get rid of it?

Prable basal cell Ca: Skin sores that heal, scab, have scab fall off and then sore repeats and scabs is almost always basal cell ca. At times low grade squamous Ca.  Easiest treatment is Efudex (fluorouracil) ointment applied every evening and area washed off in AM  Repeat x10  Area  becomes very red.  These are effector cells  removing tumor.  Follow with  A&amp;D  ointment daily x10 to complete healing.

i have non itchy rashes like pimples on my right arm (wrist to elbow) and a little on left arm. i am not on medication or has changed my diet. ?

Recent rash?: This may be from a viral infection or a drug reaction.  If the problem goes away after 10 days, don't worry about it.  If the rash persists, then see a dermatologist. If pus is present , consider impetigo  It is unlikely to be an allergic reaction in the absence of itching.

what causes very tiny pimples-like spots around the wrist?

Dermatologist: This could be several things, such as lichen planus, verruca plana, or other conditions.   Would need more detail as to size, pattern, color, appearance, timing of these 'pimples' to make better guesses.   You may want to see a primary care doc or better, a dermatologist, to evaluate accurately.
