Systemic Rx: Acne on the trunk usually does not respond completely to topicals such as benzoyl peroxide. Your physician needs to see you and can write for a systemic antibiotic such as tetracycline which might in a low dose be enough to manage you. If not, Isotretinoin is a consideration.

New soap? fragrance?: If you have started using a new soap, detergent, fabric softener, candles, lotions, etc. that may be doing. Fragrances and aerosols are skin irritants.  Otherwise, keep a food diary and see if any food in particular is associated with more pimples. Chocolate and fat causes acne to worsen in only some.  Different foods affect others differently.  Plenty of fruits and veggies, less fat and protein.

Hard to be specific: This could represent an allergic response to some chemical irritant, like those found in body wash, shampoos, etc. It could be a local invasion of hair follicles by skin germs.
