Recommend exam: Pimples or pustules are not common near the vagina, and you may have genital warts or vesicles related to herpes or molluscum, etc.  You need a diagnosis before treatment can be recommended. Warm soaks or baths are safe and may be helpful.

i have pimple like things bellow my vagina and on upper thighs. i popped 2 of them; they were filled with hard puss. what could this be i'm worried?

No .: You should not have popped them. Especially in that part of the body, the chance of infection has now dramatically increased further. The hard pus was good. You should get this evaluated by a doctor to make sure there isn't a broader infection. In the future, do not pop them. Treat it with soap and water, moisturizer, keep dry, and if tender, use Sitz baths (OTC) over a few days.

Depending : Depending on what they look like, they could be anything from small fissures from irritation, plugged glands, or even herpes.  Best thing is to get a doctor to check it out for you.  I know it's no fun to go in for this kind of thing, but it's usually pretty to figure this one out in an exam room.  Good luck!

: Strong vaginal odor suggests bacterial vaginosis. Itching is atypical for BV, but is common with yeast, which also might cause pimple-like lesions. Genital herpes and other STDs also are a possible explanation of these symptoms. It isn't possible for any distant source, like this forum, to advise proper treatment. See a doctor in person for proper diagnosis and treatment. Good luck.

See a doc: It could be many things. Something easy like razor burn (folliculitis), or something like herpes/hsv or syphilis. Go to a clinic and be seen.

: I recommend being examined by your gynecologist. Possibilities include a herpes outbreak or an allergic reaction to the condom. Either condition can be treated. Another possibility is a friction burn which occurs right after the intercourse. White Vaseline can be applied for this, but the gynecologist will recommend the best treatment after examining your vagina.

Likely a cyst: It is possible that you have a small sebaceous cyst. These usually are asymptomatic unless they become infected or become really large. Also bartholin's cyst can occur near the entrance of the vagina. Cysts usually occur from blocked ducts causing secretions to build up. Best thing to do is to see your doctor if it does not improve or resolve in 2 weeks.
