Not pimples: There are no tissues in this area that compare to the facial/shoulder/back skin where you get pimples. There are tissues that have hair roots/glands &amp; these can become infected with germs. Your doc would need to decide whether this is a simple skin germ or something more serious.

Possible infected : Possibly an infected cyst. Would recommend warm compresses several times per day and check to see if any item of clothing is rubbing area. Please do not squeeze to try to "pop" it.  If increasing or not improving, will need to be seen in person or if not possible start with telemedicine visit. Please call your doctor to do this.

Likely a cyst: It is possible that you have a small sebaceous cyst. These usually are asymptomatic unless they become infected or become really large. Also bartholin's cyst can occur near the entrance of the vagina. Cysts usually occur from blocked ducts causing secretions to build up. Best thing to do is to see your doctor if it does not improve or resolve in 2 weeks.

Possible cyst: Please have this examined.We do not have the ability to do that here.I would recommend you contact your doctor to be seen either in person if possible or by telemedicine.They can diagnose the problem and then advise the proper treatment,which is difficult to do without seeing it.If you have access to a telehealth visit on HealthTap,it is another way.Warm soaks to area until then may help.
