pls gve me advice to get rid of ringworm on my skin and nail! pls see my profile picture for reference. have duracan and elica m cream gven by derma.

Do what derma says.: Duracan is an antifungal that can be used to treat ringworm. The elica m cream contains another antifungal as well as a steroid. This antifungal treats the ringworm, and the steroid just helps the ringworm be less red and itchy. There are lots of ways to treat ringworm. It is harder to kill fungus on nails so be sure to follow up with your dermatologist whenever you're supposed to go back.

Onychomycosis: These usually require oral medications which can only be obtained by prescription.  See a doctor and get this treated asap.  They can cause permanent loss of nails and other problems if not dealt with contemporaneously.

AVN lunate bone: Actually the disease is spell kienbock with 2 little dots on top of the o.As you probably know is due to avascular necrosis of the lunate bone of the wrist , it occurs mainly  between the ages of 15 to 40.The x-ray picture depend upon what stage of the disease.(1 to 4)you can see pictures is you goole it.

Onocomycosis: What you are describing is most likely a fungal infection of the nail and surrounding skin.  As opposed to other fungal infections topical treatments are usually NOT sufficient and you may require a systemic treatment such as efinaconazole.

subungal hematomas (bleeding under the nail) may initially appear as a red to maroon or dark brown spot or patch. Usually this occurs as a result of an injury. Over time, this spot or patch to a purple or brown-gray color.
