my daughter is experiencing  a mole that has been under her left arm pit along the bra line since she was a little girl. it became inflamed recently with pus on top of it. i can provide a picture.

Not here: This public HT site offers medical advice on general questions. It is not a chat room and does not have any feature that allows us to see pictures. All we can assess is the info you describe in your post. As a general response, when simple moles become troublesome, like in belt or bra lines you  can have them removed. An infection  might push this as more necessary. Some GP's or a dermatologist

greetings!
i have psoriasis.  i have a patch of psoriasis on my arm slightly less than the size of a quarter.

for at least two weeks maybe three weeks there has been a scab over the spot. it will bleed sometimes.

it is not like the typical psoriasis of flakey skin. 
i have applied neosporin ointment and triamcinolone cream.

what is the issue?  treatment?

is there a way to share a picture?

i have never used this service before!  this is a first experience!

Psoriasis: Sometimes skin conditions like psoriasis can become infected or irritated more than usual. When this happens and it is important to treat, I would recommend that you do a video encounter where the doctor can see your rash and then make a better recommendation or send a prescription to your pharmacy online. Or you can consult with your usual doctor about it.

I don't know how to: access your picture,but,increasing redness,tenderness,and heat are all signs of inflammation ,which could indicate infection.Itchiness would lead in another direction of an allergic reaction.To be safe,you could take an antihistamine,which would help block any allergic component of your reaction,but that still leaves you uncovered for treatment for infection.This requires proper antibiotics.

Not on this platform: You maybe able to upload for your GP and as instructed, who  would be your best reference,  if available by telemedicine as being aware of your previous conditions, treatment and so on. If there is any possibility for a fracture an in person visit would be needed as X-rays will likely be needed.

Anatomy books: Any anatomy book will provide pictures of the superficial veins, but they vary and yours may not be the same.  Place a rubber tourniquet high in your arm, hang your arm down, and squeeze your fist several times, and the superficial veins of concern will become obvious.
