i have sores all over my mouth, but mostly on my inner upper and lower lip. they look a lot like koplik's spots, ie small white sores in large clusters surrounded by red. (i can provide a picture.) my mouth hurts and gums bleed. what's going on?

2 problems: Sores and bleeding gums. Sores may be from hermetic infection, canker sores, or other lesions. Bleeding gums probably due to bacterial infection. Please, you need to see a Dentist for proper diagnosis and treatment. Probably can't fix both problems with just a pill, poultice, or mouth rinse. You will need hands-on dental care.

Needs evaluation: Can be many different things depending in part on associated symptoms (colites, inter spheric abscess, large distal polyp, or a tumor). The type of bleeding is potentially worrisome and need prompt evaluation.

i have a dark blue color around my iris.from the time i was born i've had it.my iris is dark brown but sometimes wen in pics theyd look blue/green?

Not a disease: What you described is a normal variation in the color of the iris. 
For good health - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, low fat milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form. 
Practice safe sex. 
Get HPV vaccine.

i dont know if you can see it in my profile pic but up close there's brown color on edge of my cornea, could it be wilsons. had alt in the 100's?

Very unlikely : Your pic doesn't show enough detail of the cornea to determine whether or not you have a Kayser-Fleisher ring. Those with Wilson's disease with neurological involvement, 95% of them will have a K-F corneal ring, and about 65% with liver disease will have one. I assume you are in good health &amp; being treated for glaucoma. If in doubt, a quick eye exam would help reassure that your eyes are ok.

You can: But it would have to be via a virtual consult which is not available in all areas.  Vaginal discharge could represent menstrual problem pregnancy problem or infection so may be wiser to be seen in person as may need examination and tests

Please send picture: There are multiple possibilities. It could be anything from fungus to skin fragility to target lesions. Age and a picture would help.

: A squat &amp; pee emptying in females often includes a partial vaginal washout. I suspect the addition of vaginal debris/discharge to any color change. This site does not allow us to see uploaded pictures/lab/x-rays/etc. If this persists, consult your doc.

Normal: Though attention-getting, these are normal  "taste buds" and you need need not worry.

See Dermatology: Since these are not picking  spots it could be a rash and you need a dermatologist to  make the correct  diagnosis

Tarter: This  could be stains, decay or tarter.  All of these are disease and need the care of a dentist.  See a dentist asap.
