Dry?: Xerosis (dry skin) causes an ashy grey-white appearance at times.  Other illnesses to be considered could include Argyria (silver toxicity), alkaptonuria (inherited metabolic disease) or Wilson's disease (abnormal copper metabolism).  More educated suggestions could be offered through virtual consult and closer examination of skin and nails.

does getting an erection during a physical exam happen with male patients and is it normal?

Not sure: Physical exam (including neuro exam) and blood work  are often normal in sinusitis patients.  The exception being nasal exam in some cases.

i always feel dizzy and lightheaded. i get tired and nauseas just as much. but everything is normal at the doctors, blood work and physical exam. what can cause this that might be a minor issue that wont present in lab work?

: It is not feasible to provide a meaningful opinion without taking additional history, physical examination and may be some tests. It would be prudent to see your doctor and discuss if you may be depressed. Counter-intuitive as it may seem, exercise may help. Start with low intensity exercise such as walking and gradually increase the intensity as tolerated. Drink more water. Wish you good health!

Not typical MS: Firstly MRI is imaging of choice for ms, not ct. Secondly, symptoms you describe are very non-specific. Head tension and popping ears are definitely atypical. If it's not ms, what does your neurologist think it is? If you don't get a satisfactory answer, get a second opinion.

Possible: While a typical physical exam may not identify a brain tumor there is good news:  1. They are exceptionally uncommon in 19 year-olds. 2. A big one or even a small one in the right place would cause symptoms that should be found on a typical physical exam.

left neck pain when i turn head left or upward.  it's been off-on for a few months, mostly "on" had unremarkable physical exam 2 months ago. muscle?

Maybe: This could be caused by a muscle problem , disk, or joint problem in your neck.  With your symptoms the treatment will probably be the same for all 3 problems.  Talk to your doctor about a physical therapy referral.

did blood work and urine sample for woman physical exam. everything came back normal except for "hemoglobin 1+" in urine sample. what could this mean?

Possibilities...: This means there was a small amount of microscopic blood in the urine sample. One of the most common reasons for a female is having your menses at the time the sample was obtained. Another common reason is if a catheter was inserted to obtain the sample. If neither of these explains it, it might be best to repeat the urine test and pursue further tests if  the blood is still present.

why did nothing show up on x-rays and no pain during physical exam. later my knee started to hurt again. she said to get pt to walk again normal?

See details: X rays can be normal and there can still be a problem. An MRI would be the next step. Consider a consultation with an orthopedist.

deep pelvic pain during sex. 7.5 mos after c-section. is this normal? what can be done? swab test and physical exam were fine.

No: It could be scar tissue from your C/S or Endometriosis. Further evaluation should be considered by your MD.
