See below: The semen must be examined as soon as possible after ejaculation. It would be best to collect at the lab where the test will be done. Call the laboratory and ask them for their recommendation. The lab must be organized so that the analysis takes place as soon as the specimen is received. It can also be done at home in some cases. Again, ask the lab for their protocol.

Office hypertension: Bring your apparatus to the doctor and have it checked for accuracy and proper technique. If these are ok you may be experiencing the common phenomenon  of office hypertension or white coat syndrome. I would be guided by your multiple readings outside the office rather than a single office reading although it might show you what happens to your BP if you are tense. Keep a good record of your bp.

Wait and see: Do nothing at this point.  If you get symptoms of cough or fever, should be tested.  Do not change routine of child care

Keep BP log : If you keep good log of home BP it’s important. In office is frequently more elevated . In your age I would target BP 120/80 or less ( max 135/85) Occasionally without knowing BP spikes ( in early am or stress) . It can cause stroke or heart attack . Pay attention lifestyle - low sodium , exercise keep healthy body weight ( BMI&lt;25). See your doc again

Calibrate your cuff!: I ask my patients to record their blood pressure readings at home and then bring in both their readings & their BP machine. Then i check their BP using their cuff and our office machine w/o changing position in between. That tells me whether your cuff reads high or low compared to ours and allows me to better interpret your readings at home. And be sure to use right size cuff for your arm.

Know your location: If you are possibly in a tsunami zone... contact your local authorities to find out if your home, school, workplace or other frequently visited locations are in tsunami hazard areas. Know the height of your street above sea level and the distance of your street from the coast or other high-risk waters, as evacuation orders will specify those measurements. Know where you might have to run to.

6-8 hrs: Your occupation has no bearing on how much sleep you're supposed to get.  All adults should get an average of 6-8 hours of sleep a night.

BP variation: it is normal for BP TO VARY 30-40 mm Hg.  Is this a new machine? Is heart rate regular? Sit 5 min then take 3 readings 1min apart. Average last 2 that is your reading for that time. Have dr check accuracy of machine.

Sounds OK, no worry: BP naturally varies from hour to hour and even minute to minute, and can be very sensitive to even minor stresses or anxiety. Being on BP medications lowers the average BP over time, but does not prevent ups and downs due to innumerable factors like physical activity, stress, etc. Unless super high, a particular BP in the office doesn't matter. What's important is the everage over the day.
