No may be superflow: Actually he may have the opposite. If ur dad can force enough air past the Bivona trach tube, he may have enough to vibrate the vocal cords w/o the PMV. Tracheostomy tubes are put in to shorten the airway &amp; help w/ breathing. Ur dad may be recovering enough to where the trach tube can be reversed. Talk to a pulmonary doc, ideally whoever put the trach in. Dont worry too much this may b great news!

Interesting: Phytic acid is both an anti-nutrient in that it binds dietary sources of iron very efficiently as well as zinc, calcium and magnesium. It is also considered an anti-oxidant since it binds free radical iron so it is a complex nutrient to fully understand. I don&#x27;t think it can lower oral pH enough to directly affect tooth decay as many other acids do but it does affect calcium metabolism.
