Halitosis can also be coming from your mouth. Cavities, gum disease, even failing crowns & bridgework can trap bacteria that you cannot keep clean. The odor comes from the acid and toxins that they release. Diet can also play a role.

When is the last time you were examined by a dentist and had your teeth cleaned professionally? I suggest you make an appointment with your dentist and have him/her rule out any problems with your teeth and gums. Once that is completed and you've ruled out any oral conditions, you can concentrate on the other factors that may be causing your halitosis.

i have a hard time swallowing pills. i know i cant crush or chew this medication but can i take bupropion 75mg sr whole with applesauce or will the applesauce disintegrate the pill and lose effectiveness?

Absolutely: The breakdown product of nicotine is called cotinine and it will show up in tests on your urine. It doesn't matter how you absorb nicotine, by patch, gum, snuff, chewing tobacco, inhaler, or smoking- it will show up on urine tests.
