Your goal weight: loss rate is too steep to be healthy. Try setting goal for 1 up to max of 2 lbs per week average. Insure that calories burned &gt; calories consumed. Drink at least 8  - 8 oz glasses of water /day. Aim for 8 hrs of sleep &amp; at least 5 servings of vegetables &amp; 4 of fruit /day. Use whole grain when possible. Avoid soda, alcohol &amp; junk carbs. Get mix of cardio &amp; weight lifting exercises.

Sweating: varies by individual. Some people just sweat more than others. Other factors such as excess body fat can also cause someone to sweat more, but you don't need to be overweight to sweat a lot. Antiperspirants help some, but in the end, it's just the body's cooling mechanism. Hope this helps!

Unknown: There are too many variables, including how good communities will be at social distancing. It appears possible that in smaller communities it may have a delayed peak. Travel will become possible otherwise gradually.

?????: This is a strange question.  Shoes were invented to prevent injury and infection to the foot.  If the child is very aware of all potential hazards that he or she my step in then the answer is yes going barefoot is safe.  I, however, do not know many children that possess those abilities.

3-4 times per week: All the armed services require a high level of fitness in order to succeed. You are to be commended for trying to maximize your fitness prior to going on active duty. Vary the muscle groups you work throughout the week. Endurance and strength are both important to obtain. Weightlifting 3-4 times per week is fine. Talk to your recruiter for more specific recommendations.

i am unable to lose weight and the hot flashes are worse in the summer.  i would like to go off tamoxen for the summer!  what do you think?

Continue : I would continue the tamoxifen if your oncologists recommends this.  I would not suggest stopping and restarting.  Consider using something non-hormonal for the -bothersome hot flashes-gabapentin or Celexa (citalopram) would be reasonable.  Increasing exercise will be helpful for both issues.  I hope you feel better soon!

? Tenia versicolor: a sort of fungal infection of the skin, you can apply OTC clotrimazole cream 1 % on affected areas every night for at least 2 weeks, if no improvement see your doctor / dermatologist. better avoid direct sunlight exposure for protracted periods during treatment, best wishes

i pull eyelashes. have for about four years. stopped in the summer. my eyelashes growing in bad some go sideways etc. have i perminently damaged them?

Doubtful : Eyelashes grow out of "preset" areas on the lid.  You can't move these.  Chronic inflammation can cause the eyelashes to grow out of the glands (little sweat ducts called meibomian glands) around your eye. This is called distichiasis. Your manipulation of your eyelids may be making this worse and causing the eyelash to grow normal. Go to your eye doctor.

i was on potatoes diet last summer.since then i can't go to toilet. i started to use medicine named guttalax. it helps but only for 2 days. what to do?

Fiber and fluids: Try and get at least 25 - 30 grams of fiber a day and lots of water every day.
