Diabetes: increased thirst is a sign of diabetes. Also, the neuropathy would fit with diabetes. Feeling "high" could be a sign that blood sugars are not controlled. See your doctor and have some blood work done to find out what is going on.

my ncv reports suggest that i have mild distal motor axonal peroneal neuropathy in right limb eventhough i feel symptoms of tingling in my left leg as well, usually these gets worse during night. does this even get cured or i have to live with it now?

got distal motor axonal peroneal neuropathy in one leg but the issue is i am having stiffness in that leg's all toes, i am not able to bend all of them fully without discomfort. what can i do to get relief from stiffness, plz doctor? thanks?

: I would first ask a neurologist to determine if there's any other neurological pathology to explain the problem with being able to bend your toes and if a course of physical therapy would be worthwhile. I suspect your toe problems are a result of the peroneal neuropathy and physical therapy will help.

Some: Axonal small fibre neuropathies can occur from pernicious anemia, gastric cells, and celiac disease, small intestine, but digestive issues can accompany alcohol nutritional and diabetic problems, and these can cause large fiber axonal neuopathies.  Porphyria can cause axonal issues and the intermittent form can cause attacks of stomach pain.

One sees seizures and kinky hair in most cases.

Neuropathy: neuropathies are normally differentiated between axonal and or demyelinating.  Axonal is nerve fibers are damaged and demyelinating is covering of the nerves are damaged.  All neuropathies may be mixed such as in Guillain-Barré, but most neuropathies are related to hypothyroidism, diabetes, vitamin B12 deficiency and/or alcoholic.  A mixed pattern does not provide diagnostic help.  Hope that helps
