i have a bloated 'stretching' feeling in my abdomen & a slight cramp at bottom left of my stomach. no pain. i have passed a stool this evening. is it necessary to seek assistance for blocked bowel?

Bloat: It  could be a simple issue like irritable bowel syndrome to diverticulitis disease  monitior you pain  bms and if you get more consistent pain fever  chills diarrhea or protracted constipation seek medical care in the er or at your docs office.

im 37 weeks today i have had bh for the last three days and today i got a bad bolt of poops and cramping in back and front this is my 5th baby  ?

Labor signs: Labor can start anytime after 37 weeks . There aren't any true signs that indicate labor but the more discomfort you are having, and if the BH increase in intensity and are becoming more painful, the possibility that you are going into labor is likely. Labor pain is associated with regular predictable contractions lasting close to 60 seconds that increasingly become more painful. Good Luck!

Cramp and fatigue: Many possible causes can present with cramps and fatigue. You need an evaluation to determine the cause of your symptoms. Fibromyalgia is possible but it can be secondary to another medical condition.

CONSTIPATION: First find out why the constipation lasted that long, congen. Megacolon ruled  out? Make sure there is no intestinal obstruction bec. Of cramping and possible vomiting later.

Get tested: Constipation is not a symptom of a std. The fact that you are asking though is important. If you are worried that you may have an std you should see a doctor for testing.

May be normal: Infants have poor abdominal tone and poop laying down (try it). They must use their breathing muscle to help generate pressure &amp; often fuss or seem to struggle. If it is soft when they go, it is not a problem. If hard, 1 oz of prune juice 1-3X/day helps.

Change diet.: A change in diet should help this.  You might not be having enough fiber.  Also try to keep your feet in slippers, etc. To keep them warm and stay active to avoid a circulation problem.

Probably related to: diet more than anything else. If it persists for more than a few days, or gets worse, it would be worthwhile to go to a health care professional for evaluation.
