Labor signs: Labor can start anytime after 37 weeks . There aren't any true signs that indicate labor but the more discomfort you are having, and if the BH increase in intensity and are becoming more painful, the possibility that you are going into labor is likely. Labor pain is associated with regular predictable contractions lasting close to 60 seconds that increasingly become more painful. Good Luck!

Could be real: This could be real labor. Unfortunately, the only way to know is to be checked. Even a mother of 4 can be wrong but since labor tends to go faster in those we have had more children, you need to be seen and examined now. Best wishes.
