I suggest you contact your local American Cancer Society, they may know local outfits that deal with that.  If you mean growing hair back after chemo, just be patient. Controversial: Formaldehyde is officially listed as a carcinogen, but the amount of exposure necessary to produce certain cancers is likely quite high.  Pathologists (such as i am) use it all the time in tissue preparation and don't have an increased risk for cancer.  The amount of exposure from ordinary use of hair products is probably insignificant.  If you are worried, switch products anyway.

Yes.: Chemotherapy drugs are toxic to cells that are rapidly dividing. This means they specifically target cancer cells, but they also kill healthy cells that grow quickly. This includes hair cells (causing baldness) and stomach cells (causing nausea). Once the chemo is stopped, the side effects go away and hair should grow back.
