Not exactly...: Hair will grow back as soon as the chemotherapy is discontinued and the hair follicles return to normal (although not always the same as pre-treatment). It is not a direct indicator of cancer cure.

Yes: Hair will begin to grow back usually 2-3 months after chemotherapy is finished. It is very rare that hair will not grow back. Sometimes the hair color or texture will be different temporarily or long-term.
