i went from exercising 3-4 times a week for 4 months to not exercising for the past 2 months. i restarted with 1 day this week. i am healthy but am i too late to restart? whatever damage i have done... is it reversible?

: Are you thinking that not exercising caused damage?  Proper exercise is great for the prevention of disease and improving health. A   healthy 37 yo lady who does not exercise for 2 months is going to have damage related to not exercising for 2 months

Gradual dosing: The prescribing physician or psychiatrist can best supervise the restarting of the medication in their patient. I feel it's unsafe to restart it unless lower doses are begun with gradually increased doses only according to the attending doctor's instructions.

It is not the answer and you should not be taking it. I would also advise you to find a better doctor. Any physician willing to prescribe this dangerous and ineffective medication may not have your best interests in mind.

GYB exam: Check for vagina dryness or atrophy due to low hormonal levels. Assuming there is not infection or tear use of female hormone cream is often helpful as well as sexual lubrication. Spend 15-20 minutes on prolonged foreplay and have all hormone levels checked.

Irregular periods are one of the most common problems Obgyns treat.: If this is one time problem it usually resolves on its own. If this is a recurring problem you should be evaluated. Infections &  hormonal changes can cause spotting. If there is a concern for pregnancy then do  a home pregnancy test .  there are many options available to help regulate the menstrual cycle. Schedule a visit.
