Can namzaric 28/10 be restarted after 10 days or do i need to start from 7mg?

Gradual dosing: The prescribing physician or psychiatrist can best supervise the restarting of the medication in their patient. I feel it's unsafe to restart it unless lower doses are begun with gradually increased doses only according to the attending doctor's instructions.
