Needs to be checked: You are vomiting and having bad cramps even after taking Cryselle bc for 23 days and you are throwing up with bad cramps.I suggest you either get checked again by your gynecologist or go to ER and get checked

Menses and pregnancy: There is something really wrong with this picture. You stop menstruating once you become pregnant. Please consult your ob-gyn for a blood test to confirm your pregnancy.

Suppress ovulation: Birth control pills work by suppressing ovulation.  The estrogen it it regulates periods.  They also increase a protein called sex hormone binding globulin which binds extra sex steroids and can decrease acne. Some rare side effects include blood clots in legs. It is best to give a new pill three months to get used to it.

Not in general: If you had a significant illness it could impact your period. If you are bulimic, vomiting and significantly stressing your body - it could impact your period.

Need more info: There are a number of possible causes from hormones, to female abnormalities, blood clotting issues, liver problems. You should see your primary care md to check out biochemical causes and if none are found see a gynecologist. Check an over the counter pregnancy test, if positive see the gynecologist first.

Dehydration possible: Extensive vomiting can lead to dehydration and more importantly electrolyte abnormalities. Pedialyte was formulated for re-hydration. Inability to hold down oral medicine/fluids is the reason people go to urgent care clinics or emergency departments.  Evaluation of electrolyte status will determine whether IV fluids are necessary.  Medications can also be administered to help relieve the vomiting.

Do pregnancy test: If you had unprotected sex since your last period, do a home pregnancy test. Use first morning urine and follow the instructions for the test carefully.
If you do not wish to be pregnant, use contraception all the time, every time. You may consider implanted contraceptive, or IUD. 
Practice safe sex.
