Check urine: pregnancy test, if negative, this is likely irregular ovulation/hormones causing the bleeding.  Can occur with oral contraceptives as well.

No: The menstrual cycle is not necessarily a regular 28 days, in fact this is the exception.  Many women have quite a variation in the frequency of their periods.  Some have 3 week cycles, some have 5 week cycles, and many have irregular cycles that might vary from month to month.  As long as you are feeling well, two periods in one onto are just fine.

Unlikely: The average age of menopause in the us is around 52 y/o. Two periods every 30 days is not normal in a 32 y/o woman. See your doctor for evaluation.

Irregular bleeding: it is unlikely to have two full menstrual cycles in the same 28 day cycle, so one of the 'periods' is heavy spotting. If this pattern continues, you should alert your OB to see if you need to be on birth control pills to regulate the bleeding

Check instructions: Plan B One-Step® is a single pill you take by mouth. It must be taken within 72 hours after unprotected sex or birth control failure. The sooner you take it, the better it works. Plan B One-Step® should not be taken as regular birth control. Plan B One-Step® is not as effective as using a regular birth control method correctly and consistently. If you have unprotected sex after taking Plan B One-Step®, it will not prevent you from getting pregnant.

Weight lifting: It is best to do a combination of cardio and weight lifiting. I would recommend doing a minimum of 20 minutes twice a week of cardio along with your weight lifting. It sounds like you have reached some impressive goals with your weight lifting. Time to start focusing on strengthening your heart muscles and endurance a bit more. Try to balance a bit more.

Yes: Sometimes stress can cause a period to come more, or less often.  If it happens more than a month or two in a row, i 'd recommend seeing an ob/gyn to see if there is another reason for this happening.
