Yes: Sometimes stress can cause a period to come more, or less often. If it happens more than a month or two in a row, i 'd recommend seeing an ob/gyn to see if there is another reason for this happening.

Probable anovulation: Periods two times a month is most likely caused by non ovulatory bleeding or estrogen break through bleeding. If it continues for more than 3 months then i would see your dr. And get an exam, ultrasound and check your thyroid function.

Is it bad if you have your period for two times a month?

No: The menstrual cycle is not necessarily a regular 28 days, in fact this is the exception. Many women have quite a variation in the frequency of their periods. Some have 3 week cycles, some have 5 week cycles, and many have irregular cycles that might vary from month to month. As long as you are feeling well, two periods in one onto are just fine.
